Q: When i try to download the games from the website i get: "We can not recognise your device...". what does that mean? A: In order to make the downloading proccess easy, we are using smart tools to detect your device and to send you the right files. however, new devices go out every day, so if you get this message please send us yor device model and phone number and we will send you the currect downlod link. Q: My device can not connect because the GPRS connection fails. What do i do? A: Well, these games are multiplayer games and therefore need an internet connection, the problem might be that you do not have a GPRS connection or you do not use the right access point (APN). please reffer to your mobile carrier for more details. Q: When i try to register i always get: "Wrong username or password", what do i do? A: The first thing you should do is try another username and password. A: Well, for now skiller is for free in some countries, and in others you have to pay subscription fee. The download is free and you will be notify before every charge. Q: How can i get the prizes? A: If you what to redeem a prize you can do so in the "Prizes" section in the application. you will be reffered to a wap site where you can choose the prize, fill in your email, and we will contact you in order to deliver the prize to you. A: No problem, just go to the community section, add a buddy to your buddy list and invite him/her to play. this will send an invetation even if your friend is currently off line.
